The IOCongress always has the world’s best bird research, but it also always creates opportunities for seeing the world’s birds, the passion that is at the heart of most ornithologists.

There will be organized birding every day. The conference program starts with half a day’s birding with excursions to top local sites – a great opportunity for seeing many new birds and to start networking with the other delegates.
