Profile information

I am a Lecturer in Zoology at the University of Salford. My research interests focus on
the evolution of cooperation and reproductive behaviour, primarily in birds. I aim to
combine field observations, bioacoustics and molecular tools to address evolutionary
questions in natural populations. I also apply fundamental research in behavioural
ecology to current conservation issues such as invasive species monitoring and the
impacts of anthropogenic activities on bird populations.
