Please find attached an advert for 13 fully-funded PhD positions in the field of Behavioural and Cognitive Biology. The wide range of topics and supervising teams include Thomas Bugnyar’s group with the raven research, one student will focus on “Effects of early-life experience on raven social competence” and one will focus on “Consistency and plasticity in wild ravens’ grouping, foraging and anti-predator behaviour”. Both projects involve a combination of correlative and experimental studies and will require some spatial statistics (GPS and accelerometer data).
